Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xx22 platform, including its website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting services, payment features, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). xx22 is an online casino and sports betting service operated for users in Bangladesh and accessible at xx22.bio.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of xx22 Platform features, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following terms govern the registration and ongoing management of your xx22 account.

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
2. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, whether or not you authorised that activity.
3. You must notify xx22 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach related to your account. xx22 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4. xx22 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. This may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
5. xx22 may close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Deposits & Withdrawals

xx22 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• 💳All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. xx22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

xx22 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the offer.

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered. Standard wagering requirements at xx22 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
2. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. Bonus funds may only be used for gameplay on the Platform and may not be withdrawn directly.
3. xx22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion has been abused, exploited, or claimed in breach of these Terms.
4. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
5. Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the point of issue. Winnings from free spins that have not met their wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and will be voided upon any withdrawal request.

2. Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage, including through the coordination of bets across multiple accounts.
3. Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. xx22 cooperates fully with law enforcement and will report any suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.
4. Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a software error will be voided, and the account may be closed.
5. Creating or using duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions, including self-exclusion restrictions applied under our responsible gaming policy.
6. Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards xx22 staff, customer support agents, or other Platform users through any communication channel.

xx22 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it suspects may involve prohibited conduct. During investigation, xx22 may place a temporary hold on the relevant account's withdrawal functions. This hold will be lifted promptly upon conclusion of the investigation, unless prohibited conduct is confirmed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xx22 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the intellectual property of xx22 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of xx22.

Limitation of Liability

xx22's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xx22 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
